STORE POLICIES

Please read the following store policies carefully before ordering from Light of Eden. You should understand that by ordering any of the products we carry, you agree to be bound by these policies (in addition to our Terms and Conditions) and the information below.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You are entitled to a refund to original payment within 30 days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have passed, your order is not eligible for a return to the original payment, however, a store credit may be issued.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. Items must be unworn condition and in original packaging to be eligible to be returned.

To begin the return process, send us an email at hello@lightofeden.com and be sure to include your order number and the word ‘return’ in the subject line.

You can request a refund to original payment or store credit for the items returned minus original shipping costs (if applicable).

Refunds can only be issued after we have received the package. We are not responsible for lost packages by your carrier.

SALE PURCHASES: All sale purchases are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are ineligible for return.

PRE-ORDERS: All pre-order purchases are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

PAYMENT

All products remain property of Modern Catholic Goods until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs, sales taxand payment fees are recognized before confirming each order.
Credit card information is handled over SSL encryption. Light of Eden holds the right to take legal action for non-payment customers of any kind and report said actions to necessary partners. Please read the specific Terms and Conditions for the payment gateway selected for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

SHIPPING

  1. Light of Eden is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses. 
  2. Light of Eden cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays with holidays or natural events. 
  3. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (3-5 days during sales and product launches) unless your shipping option guarantees earlier shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Between December 1 and December 25, it is possible that there will be delays in shipping. Your shipment may take longer than our shipping tools estimate due to increased shipping activity nationwide.

SALES AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES

Light of Eden may experience large volumes of orders during our sales or product launches. Due to a higher volume of orders you can expect:
  1. Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
  2. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  3. Having a product in your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item is available for purchase.
  4. Refunds and returns may be processed over a longer period of time, but we will honour the date the request for return was made as inclusive of the 30 day return policy allowance.
  5. Light of Eden is happy to refund the price difference of any given product that has decreased in price within a 15 day period.
  6. We are unable to change shipping addresses or combine shipping costs on multiple orders during sales and product launches if any of the orders have already been shipped.
  7. Light of Eden reserves the right to refund any purchase.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Light of Eden reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, product details/specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, Light of Eden has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
